Our Story

While Priyank and Radhika always had an inclination towards creating a social impact with their work, they had no idea where to start 🤔
Leaving the high profile corporate jobs wasn’t easy and neither was it easy to convince the family 😐
One day when they were having a meal together they decided to build something which is lively and sparkling too, that’s how SparkLiv was born.💚
With the number of road accidents taking place around they thought this area definitely needs attention. And they started sensitizing students on the significance of helmets, how to cross the road safely etc. They also started working towards creating safer roads around schools with the road marking and footpath for pedestrian safety. 🛣️

Then COVID-19 hit and the efforts came to a screeching halt.
It was during this time when Radhika saw the quantity of waste that the housing society was generating and moreover there was no solution for plastic apart from dumping.🗑️
Given the large amount of free time at hand due to forced lockdown, both of them started accumulating knowledge about global plastic waste management and recycling solutions and began to contextualize them to the problem. While COVID-19 took a fatal toll on the road safety initiatives, it was equally responsible for the birth of the plastic waste management ideas and subsequent action.♻️
Start-up journeys come with their own set of challenges, road-blocks, disagreements and heartbreaks. But the same journey is matched with many victories, joys, innovations and achievements.
Today they are thankful to God for the direction they took and the impact they have created. 🥳
There are many more milestones to be reached and many challenges to be faced but SparkLiv will keep riding on its zeal to work towards a sustainable future🙂🙂
