Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.

2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2% of your total order value.
3. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order due to operational reasons.
4. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.sparkliv.in reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
5. Although, we keep updating our stock based on plastic waste available with us. However, SparkLiv reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the plastic waste of certain colour and quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or change the color of your order or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Replace/Refund Policy
1) We accept return if there is some manufacturing defects or breakage during shipping of products.
2) To initiate the return, send us the pictures clearly showing the defect/breakage through e-mail at connect@sparkliv.in or through WhatsApp at +91-7897895888 within 24 hours after you have received the product.
3) As soon as your refund request has been raised with us, our product team will examine the damage. Subsequently, we will arrange for a free pick up from the same address to which the product was shipped. Just pack the product in the carton/packet, in which it was shipped and hand it over to the pick-up person. Please ensure that the product is unused, and all the tags and invoices (if any) are intact at the time of return.
4) Once the product reaches our workshop, we will inspect the product and once our team confirms that the product received is in an acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will either replace your product or refund your money. We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you return the product.
5)If you choose to get the money refund, we will refund the money to your original payment method.
